We act as:

• —Controller for Personal Data collected directly from users and for publicly available search and competitor data processed to provide the Services.
• —Processor when we process Personal Data uploaded by Customers strictly under their instructions and subject to a separate Data Processing Agreement.

We collect and process only data necessary to operate and improve the Services.

5.1 Information You Provide Directly

• —Account details (name, email address, password, company name, job title, industry).
• —Billing information (billing name, address, country, VAT or tax identification number where provided). Card details are entered directly with our payment provider (Stripe) and are not received or stored by us.
• —Communications with us.
• —Survey responses and form submissions.
• —Brand or domain names you specify for analysis.
• —Google account profile information (name, email address, profile picture) if you choose to sign in with Google.
• —Google Search Console data (search queries, impressions, clicks, positions and pages for your verified properties) if you choose to connect Google Search Console. This connection is optional, requires your express authorization through Google, and can be revoked at any time in your Google account or by contacting us.
• —Competitor lists and social-media accounts you choose to monitor.

5.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• —IP address, browser type, device and operating system.
• —Pages visited, time spent, referral links.
• —Strictly necessary browser storage (sign-in session and selected workspace), as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
• —Server logs and security logs (for example, failed sign-in attempts) used to keep the Services secure.
• —Search queries and analysis parameters you enter.

5.3 Information from Other Sources

• —We do not purchase or receive Personal Data about you from data brokers, marketing lists or partners. We may process publicly available professional information (for example, a company website) where you ask us to analyze it.

To provide core functionality, our systems analyze publicly available information from AI-powered search platforms, discovery channels, and online sources, including:

Processing is based on legitimate interests in providing market intelligence and analytics features across AI-powered platforms and discovery channels. We assess:

• —proportionality of the processing;
• —safeguards such as aggregation and anonymization.

We may share Personal Data with:

• —service providers acting on our behalf, currently: Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Lovable (application hosting and AI gateway), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Stripe (payment processing), DataForSEO (collection of publicly available AI search and citation data), Google (optional sign-in, optional Search Console connection and AI models), OpenAI and Perplexity (AI assistants queried, at your request, with the questions you track to measure how they answer about your brand), Anthropic (AI model used to write the drafts and briefs you request) and ScrapeCreators (collection of publicly available social-media data for the accounts you choose to monitor). We will update this list when providers change;
• —affiliates and corporate group companies;
• —partners, integrations and AI agents to which you have chosen to grant access to your account or your data;
• —public authorities where legally required;
• —parties involved in mergers or asset transfers.

We do not sell Personal Data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Personal Data for advertising purposes.

Our Services use artificial-intelligence models to generate market intelligence reports and recommendations ("AI-Generated Content").

• —Nature of Processing: analysis of publicly available data from AI-powered platforms and discovery channels to detect trends, competitor positioning, and visibility patterns.
• —Human Oversight: users must review outputs before acting upon them.
• —Accuracy: AI-Generated Content may contain errors or incomplete analysis due to changes in underlying platforms or data sources.
• —User Control: you determine input parameters and final usage.

9A. Google API Services

Where you connect Google Search Console or sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you have requested; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, for security purposes, or as required by law; we do not use it for advertising; and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.

Personal Data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside your country. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections and security measures.

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:

• —account data – while the account is active and afterwards as legally required;
• —billing records – for statutory retention periods;
• —support communications – for service and compliance purposes;
• —reports, analysis history and monitored brands – while your account is active; after your account is closed they are deleted without undue delay and in any event within the period required by applicable law;

We send marketing communications by email only if you have opted in by ticking a separate, unticked box, or where otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at hello@posteam24.com. Transactional or administrative messages (for example, payment receipts, notifications that a report is ready, security alerts and notices of changes to our Terms) are not marketing and may still be sent.

The Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that Personal Data of a person under 18 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

We use only strictly necessary browser storage to:
